This five-day course provides students with the skills and knowledge upon completion to fill needed roles at carriers, construction firms, and broadband providers. This is an entry level course designed for people with little to no experience in the field as it relates to fiber handling and splicing. Network design, splicing, connectorization, field construction for cable deployment, and system turn-up are taught with extensive hands-on practice, including a full system build with testing and trouble shooting.
