Project Management Professional PMP (Section 003)

Participants will explore the process of preparing for the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam through a blend of instructor-led sessions, interactive activities, real-world case studies, and targeted practice exams. This course equips project management professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully prepare for the certification exam. Prerequisites include prior project management experience, familiarity with foundational project management concepts, and fulfillment of the Project Management Institute’s eligibility requirements for the PMP® certification. Please review the eligibility requirements for the PMP certification exam before applying to the SCWINS scholarship. This course requires 100% course attendance to fulfill the thirty-five (35) hours of Project Professional training needed to meet PMI's eligibility requirements.
