This virtual workout can be done in the comfort of your own home using little to no equipment. You will use your own body weight, and the exercises can be modified to all levels of ability, with the addition of at-home dumbbells for added resistance. The focus will be on strength, flexibility, cardio, and core. The instructor will invite participants into the virtual classroom 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin so students can interact with other participants, and the last 10 minutes will be set aside for questions.
