This course is designed for industry professionals and home bakers alike. Students will learn the basic foundations of baking. This course will consist of hands-on baking techniques, course work, and lecture material. Students will learn the preparation of yeast breads, enriched doughs, and quick bread. Scaling, mixing, and finishing techniques will all be covered. If you are in the industry and looking to level up your skills, this course is for you!
