This course is designed for industry professionals and home bakers alike. Students will learn the basic foundations of pastry. This course will consist of hands-on pastry techniques, course work, and lecture material. Students will learn the preparation of cookies, pies, cakes, and custards. Scaling, mixing, and finishing techniques will all be covered. Some finishing and decoration of cakes is included. If you are in the industry and looking to level up your skills, this course is for you! Prerequisites: Introduction to Baking
