Certified Histology Technician

Learn the theory and lab skills needed to become a Certified histology technic. Histologists test biopsies and other surgical tissue samples. This is a hybrid course with online and on-campus learning, for hospital lab personnel only. After successful completion of this course, students are eligible to sit for the national certification from the ASCP. See the American Society for Clinical Pathology: ascp.org

Requirements: a high school diploma is needed to register. Provide proof when submitting scholarship application. Scholarship includes tuition, books, and materials. The scholarship does NOT include the certification exam with ASCP
