Students will spend the morning in the bakeshop making colorful, crisp almond macarons. You'll discover how to create perfectly smooth shells, flavorful fillings, and achieve that signature macaron "feet." From mixing to piping and baking, you'll master every step with expert guidance. Leave with your own batch of colorful macarons and the confidence to recreate them at home! This class is designed for students 15 and up. This class uses Tree nuts, Peanuts, Dairy and Eggs.
