(Ages 11-14) Kids will explore the fresh flavors, colorful ingredients, and rich Mediterranean traditions in this fun, hands-on culinary camp. Young chefs will learn basic kitchen skills such as measuring, chopping (age-appropriate), mixing, and simple food prep while creating kid-friendly dishes inspired by countries like Turkey, Greece, Spain, and coastal regions of the Mediterranean. Along the way, they’ll discover new ingredients, learn about healthy eating habits, and explore the cultural stories behind the foods they make.
Class includes all recipe packets, kitchen small wares and equipment, side towels, and keepsake apron.
