Participants will learn skills such as proper measuring, mixing methods, dough and batter preparation, basic pastry creams, and baking science while creating a variety of sweet treats.
This camp emphasizes precision, technique, and creativity in a focused, supportive kitchen environment. Ideal for teens looking to strengthen their baking skills, gain confidence, and explore a potential future in pastry arts — some baking experience helpful but not required.
Class includes all recipe packets, kitchen small wares and equipment, side towels, and keepsake apron.
