This 30-hour course replaces the prior Post Licensing Education Curriculum approved by the state of South Carolina. As of Jan. 1, 2017 you may take the sales exam after completion of the 60-hour Real Estate – Basic Principles course (Unit I Sales Course) but cannot be issued a license until completion of the 30-hour Real Estate – Advanced Principles course.
Special Notice:
- Prerequisite: Real Estate – Basic Principles course at TTC or a certificate of completion for same from an authorized provider.
- If a student’s certificate is lost or misplaced after successfully completing our course, there is no automatic replacement supplied by TTC. Replacement certificates are $49.
