This course fulfills the thirty (30) hours of classroom education needed to obtain a property management license in the state of South Carolina and requires 100% course attendance. To earn the Property Management certificate from Trident Technical College, students must attend every class session in its entirety and successfully pass the class exam.
To obtain a property management license in the state of South Carolina, you must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent at the time of application, successfully complete thirty (30) hours of classroom education in property management principles and practices, submit a state and federal fingerprint and social security number background check, and successfully pass the state examination. TTC is an authorized provider for the pre-license course in property management and real estate.
