(Ages 7-10) American classics are on the menu this week! Chicago dogs, Philly cheese steaks, cubanos from Miami! You don't want to miss this culinary trek across the states!  Students will learn basic culinary skills, knife skills, and sanitation and safety procedures all while working in professional kitchens with the Culinary Institute of Charleston master chefs! Class includes all recipe packets, kitchen small wares and equipment, side towels, and apron.
