Scared of pie crust? We've got your back! Spend some time in the bakeshop with one of our CIC Pastry Chefs! We'll walk you through the basics of pie dough and pie baking. Learn to make flakey, butter pie dough and three delicious pies! You'll go home with a double crust apple pie, a pumpkin pie, and a bourbon pecan pie! Tell the family to save room for dessert!

Please read:  Students should wear closed toed shoes, long pants, short or long sleeves, and a hat. Long hair must be pulled back and up off the collar. An apron will be provided for students and can be kept as a souvenir of the course!
