Ooh la la! Learn to make light airy French Macarons! Students will spend the morning in the bakeshop making colorful, crisp almond macarons. You'll discover how to create perfectly smooth shells, flavorful fillings, and achieve that signature macaron "feet." From mixing to piping and baking, you'll master every step with expert guidance. Leave with your own batch of colorful macarons and the confidence to recreate them at home! Coffee, breakfast treats, and a keepsake apron will be provided! This class is designed for students 14 and up. This class uses Tree nuts, Peanuts, Dairy and Eggs.
