Culinary Boot Camp (Ages 10-12)

This one-week class will give students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of culinary and pastry arts. Students will learn everything from knife skills, classical cooking and baking techniques, and proper safety and sanitation procedures while working in professional kitchens with the Culinary Institute of Charleston master chefs.  Each day will cover baking in the morning, and savory in the afternoon.
Class includes all recipe packets, kitchen small wares and equipment, side towels, hat (paper) and daily lunch.
