To obtain a real estate license you must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, provide proof of completion of 60 hours of pre-license education and Real Estate - Advanced Principles course from an authorized school, pass the state written examination, submit an application for licensure including appropriate fees, and be associated with a broker-in-charge. These courses meet new requirements, and successful completion enables you to sit for the state examination.
Any person wishing to take the South Carolina Real Estate Licensing exam must now pay for and pass a criminal background check BEFORE taking the state exam. This form can be downloaded from the
SC Real Estate Commission website. TTC is an authorized provider for the pre-license course for real estate and property management. Please check
South Carolina's state requirements.

- If a student’s certificate is lost or misplaced after successfully completing our course, there is no automatic replacement supplied by TTC. Replacement certificates are $49.
