Property Management

To obtain a property management license, you must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, complete the entire course, pass the property management examination and apply for a property manager license within a year. Completing this course fulfills the SC Real Estate Commission's (SCREC) requirements for the property management license exam. TTC is an authorized provider for the pre-license course in property management and real estate.
