Drivers that have accumulated penalty points against their records can have up to four points removed upon successful completion of this National Safety Council certified course. Depending on your insurance carrier, a discounted insurance rate also may be available. You must register in advance and be on time. Any person who drives a motor vehicle when his or her license is cancelled, suspended or revoked is in violation of South Carolina Statute 56-1-460 and is subject to arrest, including driving to and from TTC campuses.
